About Women’s Integrative OBGYN
Founded by Stacey Pereira, M.D., Women’s Integrative OB/GYN is dedicated to providing comprehensive women’s services, not just the minimal standard of care. We provide a holistic approach to your health, treating the “whole you” – not just your symptoms.
When you visit Women’s Integrative OB/GYN, you receive personalized care in a comfortable and beautiful environment. We provide quality obstetric and gynecologic care that goes above and beyond patients’ expectations, with a focus on preventing disease and optimizing your health. State-of-the-art equipment such as video-colposcopy and 4D/live ultrasounds are available to provide you the very best in women’s healthcare today. We also practice “gentle gynecology” with optional use of nitrous with or without local anesthesia, as necessary, to make exams, procedures, and treatments comfortable and less anxiety-provoking.
We strive to provide the kind of care and experience we would want for ourselves. We make an effort to get to know you well, so that we can work together to get you feeling and looking your best. See our list of medical grade aesthetic services, including facial and body treatments: facial harmonization, spider vein treatment, hair removal, and more.
What to Expect at your visit:
- When you arrive, check in with our lovely front office staff. Please let them know how we can help you. Are you here for a preventative wellness visit or are you having any issues? Are you interested in any specialty testing such as hormone screening or medical aesthetic services? Let us know!
- If you are a new patient, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete registration paperwork.
- Expect to leave a urine sample during your visit (if you need to go, let us know!). A urinalysis and pregnancy test are performed for most patients for general health screening and safety.
- Your vital signs will be taken (weight, blood pressure, and temperature) by our trusted medical assistants who will review your information and go over your needs for the day.
- You will then meet with your healthcare provider. We will likely perform a physical examination. A comfortable and private room will be provided with disposable gowns (top and bottom) for covering. The tables are cleaned between each patient and covered with new disposable paper top.
- After your exam, your provider may suggest additional blood work. You will be directed to our in-house lab, where our experienced phlebotomists will draw your blood, as needed.
- Check out at the front desk, where our front office staff will review what was done/performed at your visit and facilitate insurance charges and/or any additional charges for services, as needed.
